Anglie 2023
Po velmi dlouhé cestě autobusem jsme celý den chodili po Oxfordu a objevovali tamější památky. Navštívili jsme oxfordskou univerzitu, kterou jsme s panem průvodcem prošli zevnitř. Po velmi náročném dni jsme jeli k rodinám, které nás vřele přivítaly u nich doma a připravily pro nás večeři.
Druhý den jsme šli ráno na tři hodiny do školy a poté jsme se jeli podívat na víkendové sídlo královské rodiny, Windsor Castle. Prostory hradu jsme prošli a viděli jsme i slavnou kapli svátého Jiří. Poté jsme navštívili velmi známou chlapeckou univerzitu, Eton College.
Třetí den jsme opět museli absolvovat tři hodiny ve velmi náročné anglické škole. Po těchto náročných hodinách jsme se vypravili autobusem do malebné vesničky Bourton on the Water. V této krásné vesničce jsme viděli zajímavou kuriozitu, a to miniaturu této vesnice.
Čtvrtý den jsme po škole vyrazili do rodného města známého spisovatele Williama Shakespeara, Stratfordu nad Avonou. Jeho rodný dům jsme prošli a po prohlídce jsme šli na procházku městem.
Další den jsme navštívili obrovská Harry Potter studia, kde jsme se dozvěděli, jak se film natáčel, a viděli jsme různé kulisy. Moc jsme si to tam užili.
Poslední den jsme si udělali celodenní výlet do Londýna, kde jsme navštívili různé památky, Big Ben, London Eye a Buckinghamský palác.

Tripík do Anglie
Od 10. do 17. června jsme autobusem jeli do Anglie. Cesta byla velmi dlouhá, ale uteklo to rychle, jelikož jsme si cestou povídali. Moc jsme toho nenaspali, protože pan průvodce, přezdívkou „Křížek“, se rozhodl ve čtyři ráno, že nám řekne něco o Francii. Po dlouhém dni v Oxfordu jsme se konečně dostali k našim hostitelským rodinám. Naše rodina byla hodně crazy, ale byl to fun. Vařili nám celkem dobře, a poslední den nás dokonce vzali na večeři do restaurace. Navštívili jsme město, kde se narodil spisovatel William Shakespeare, Stratford. Také jsme byli ve studiích Harryho Pottera, a i když se nám tam nechtělo, tak to byl zase fun. Nejvíce nás bavily interaktivní exponáty. Poslední den jsme visitli Londýn s novou průvodkyní, která byla celkem otravná, ale alespoň něco věděla. Ocenili bychom, kdybychom měli delší rozchod místo výkladu o Londýně ve 100 stupních. Bylo to ale pořád zajímavější než výklad pana Křížka. Obecně byl zájezd strašně super a užili jsme si to na maximum. Určitě to stálo za to, ale bylo to celkem expensive. Naši třídu to celkem sblížilo a za to jsme rádi. Cesta zpět byla také dlouhá, ale alespoň jsme spali déle a uteklo to rychleji. Odvezli jsme si hodně vzpomínek, a i když bylo pár věcí, které nám vadily, tak jsme vděční, že jsme měli možnost se do Anglie podívat.

England 2023
On the tenth of June 2023 classes T3A and T3B went on seven days long school trip to England. After a 14 hour ride they arrived to the city Oxford. They immediately went on a visit of the Carfax tower and went on a tour of the Christ church college. In the evening our families picked us up from the bus and we went to their homes for the first time.
After a good night of sleep we took a short bus ride to the school where we had three lessons each day. After school the bus picked us up and drove us to Windsor castle. We got a guided tour of the whole castle and the St. George’s chapel. At the end of the day we saw the Eton college but it was closed because of exams.
On Tuesday after the three hours of school we went to Bourton on the Water which is a small middle ages village with a small river going through the village. We went to a museum where was a miniature of the village. At the end of the day the teachers gave us some free time to go around the city of Oxford.
On Wednesday we went to school again. After that we went to Stratford upon Avon and visited the birthplace of William Shakespeare. After a short pause we visited the Holy Trinity Church where the body of William Shakespeare was buried.
On Thursday we went to the place we were the most excited for. It was the Warner Bros. Studios, The Making of Harry Potter. We saw iconic places, effects and how different scenes of the Harry Potter series made. We really enjoyed it.
On the last day of our trip we got up very early so our bus could pick us up to drive us to London. We saw Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London eye, Shard, Buckingham Palace and the Tower Bridge. In the evening we got on the bus and started our journey back home to Prague. On the way back we also saw the White Cliffs of Dover from the ferry. We finally arrived home the next day at 12am. The trip was amazing and we all made some beautiful memories with all of our friends.

England 2023
On Saturday 10th of June, chosen individuals from classes T3A and T3B went on a trip to England. After 20 hour ride, they walked through the beautiful city of Oxford, where they visited Christ Church College, Ashmolean Museum and Carfax Tower. The people of Oxford were really nice and presented us with delicious popsicles. In the evening students were taken in by the generous families of Abingdon-on-Thames.
The other days students and teachers discovered many interesting places of England such as the Windsor Castle and St. Georges Chapel in it, model Village of Bourton on the Water, film studios of Warner Bros. with a tour of the exhibition The Making of Harry Potter and birthplace of William Shakespeare – Stratford upon Avon.
On the last day of the tour, they visited London, the capital of England. They saw the Big Ben, London Eye, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, St. James’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar and Leicester Square and the China Town.
It was an amazing experience, and we’d love to visit England again.

England 2023
We left the Czech Republic by bus for England on 10. 6. around 15:00 and arrived in Oxford the next morning. After a tiring bus ride, we walked around Oxford and went in our host family. We got breakfast, packed lunch and dinner every day. In the mornings we were for 3 hours in school and in the afternoon we were walking around Oxford and surroundings. We also visited London and Stratford the birth place of William Shaskespeare. After afternoon program, we had free time to spend with our friends and host family. Great guide Mr. Křížek accompanied us to interesting places in England and had some engaging interpretations and interesting facts, but unfortunately in the middle of the trip he was forced to leave us. There were also some bad things on the tour. English cuisine was really different from Czech cuisine and some foods were very questionable, for example Sheppard’s pie and kish. Lunches were surprisingly very small. Lunch was made of two buns with ham, cheap chocolate bar, piece of fruit and chips with weird flavours.
